What is the Exchange and Return Policy for U.S. locations?
Returns and exchanges are always free for U.S. orders!
We will gladly return and exchange our products if they meet all the following criteria:
- The product is unwashed and unworn.
- The product has all tags, hangtags, and/or stickers intact (if applicable).
- The email confirmation and/or packing list can be provided at time of return.
- The product is received by Emmie Brands, LLC within 30 days from receipt date.
When doing a return or exchange, we will issue refund or send new products(s) out when return product arrives at our warehouse. We will credit back to your original form of payment and send notification via the email that was provided at time of original order. Please allow up to 7 business days from the receipt of the returned item(s) for your refund or exchange to be processed.

We want you to love our products, just as much as we do.
If you return product(s) after the 30 day return and exchange period, if the product(s) shipped back have been found to not meet the criteria above, or if you shipped product without our specific shipping label provided; the return and exchange will not be processed. All items received will be donated and no refunds or exchanges will be processed. The items will not be shipped back to you.
Emmie Brands is not responsible for any orders that were sent back without our specific shipping label or prior approval. Please note that all items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

What is the return policy for Canada and Australia locations?
Canada and Australia location orders can be returned and exchanged but will incur shipping charges and applicable duty charges. All international shipping rates and duties paid are non-refundable. All criteria requirements listed under U.S. locations is applicable for returns from Canada and Australia locations.

When will I receive my order?
We are dedicated to providing quick and prompt response time for all orders.
Currently, most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. We strive to ship within that time frame, but in the event of unexpected demand, there could be delays up to 2 week(s) depending on the date the order was received. We will inform each customer if an order is going to take more than 3 business days to process, via email.

How do I change or cancel an order?
We would need you to reach out to us within 2 hours after the order has been placed to change or cancel your order. Please include the order number when reaching out for prompt service.

Canada and Australia Locations
When will I receive my order?
Orders shipped to Canada and Australia can take an estimated 2-3 weeks to receive product, possibly longer due to customs processing. In the event of unexpected demand, there could be delays up to 4-5 week(s) depending on the date the order was received. We are working to reduce the processing time.

Sizing and Fit Help
What materials or fabric do we use in our bras?
Our bras are made with the highest quality nylon/spandex and cotton/spandex that has been sourced from the United States, Asia and Mexico.

How do I determine what size to order?
Place a tape measure around the rib cage, just below the breast base to obtain bust measurement. The measurement obtained will fall in the following sizing categories listed below. As our bras have double layer fabric, the fit is more fitting around the bust.
Our sizing from XS-XL ideally fit between A-C cups and 2X fit between A-D cups.

How should I wash and care for my bras?
- Using mild detergent, wash your in cold water on a gentle cycle.
- If you have a mesh lingerie bag, use it. This helps avoid potential snagging, twisting and tangling with other clothing in the same wash cycle. And try not to wash your bras along with heavy items, such as towels or jeans.
- To dry: lay flat or line dry.
- If excess water needs to be removed from your bra, fold and gently press with a towel before putting the bra out to dry.
- At all costs, avoid the dryer. The heat will break down the spandex and elastic on the bras.
Of course, hand washing is another method to ensure your bra will keep shape and elasticity after each wear.

When will I receive my refund?
Please allow up to 7 business days from receipt of the returned item(s) for your refund to be processed. During peak times, this could be upwards of 15 business days for refund to be applied to the original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed, and the refund usually is reflected on your statement in 2 to 3 business days. Please contact your banking institution if the refund is not reflected on your bank statement.
Shipping on all orders is non-refundable.
