Returns and exchanges are always free for U.S. orders!

 We will gladly return and exchange our products if they meet all the following criteria:

  1. The product is unwashed and unworn.
  2. The product has all tags, hangtags, and/or stickers intact (if applicable).
  3. The email confirmation and/or packing list can be provided at time of return.
  4. The product is received by Emmie Brands, LLC within 30 days from receipt date.

Orders shipped to Canada and Australia can be returned and exchanged but will incur shipping charges and applicable duty charges. All Canada and Australia shipping rates and duties paid (if applicable) are non-refundable. 

When doing a return or exchange, we will issue refund or send new products(s) out when return product arrives at our warehouse. We will credit back to your original form of payment and send notification via the email that was provided at time of original order. Please allow up to 7 business days from the receipt of the returned item(s) for your refund or exchange to be processed.

We want you to our products, just as much as we do. 

If you return product(s) after the 30 day return and exchange period, if the product(s) shipped back have been found to not meet the criteria above, or if you shipped product without our specific shipping label or instructions provided; the return and exchange will not be processed.  All items received will be donated and no refunds or exchanges will be processed. The items will not be shipped back to you.
